Vision System

The Vision System from TBG is a single unit allowing for high resolution image acquisition coupled with powerful analysis software. The Vision System provides an automated system ensuring products meet requirements with detections for failed or borderline cases against custom performance criteria.

Line scan image acquisition lies at the heart of the system. A camera capable of resolutions equivalent to 24MP is used to provide high resolution images. Based on requirements, the camera can be customised for your application ensuring a cost effective solution.

Cartridge

A compact unit, incorporating a powered drawer and interchangeable product cartridges, can be designed and adapted to meet the specifications of your application. Understanding each application is different, TBG are able to design and manufacture a unit in house, to taste, ensuring our system removes any detectable product inconsistencies.


Software developed with images from the system can then be analysed on a product by product basis for different defects. These defects can be matched against golden, control units with learning and teaching phases ensuring the system is capable of recognising a number of complex defects.
